This year, Arizona Capitol Times enlisted the help of a panel of lobbyists – Michael Preston Green, John Mangum, Wendy Briggs, Jim Norton and Gretchen Jacobs – to review the prior honorees and add additional names and places. Senator Carolyn Allen and Representative Jack Brown rounded out the group as of advisors.
