This district encompasses most of west Mesa. The northeast corner of the district lies where Price Rd. enters the Salt River channel. The line follows the Salt River channel (which is the northern boundary of Mesa) northeast to McDowell Rd. and then east to Gilbert Rd. It goes south to Broadway Rd., where it jogs ...
