2013 Leaders of the Year

Nominations are under way for Arizona News Service/Arizona Capitol Times 2013 Leaders of the Year in Public Policy awards. Created in 2006, this annual awards program recognizes individuals and organizations for advancing public policy in our state. Awards are presented in 16 categories – arts and humanities, business, economic development, education, environment, government, health care, legislative, public policy, social services, technology, transportation, volunteerism, lifetime achievement, unsung hero, and new this year – up and comer.

Nominations are also being sought for an outstanding political science or journalism student for Arizona News Service’s inaugural Scholarship Program. At our 2013 Leaders of the Year in Public Policy event we’ll honor two students with these prestigious scholarships. Click here for the nomination form.
