There's a world of difference between the headline "confiscated", items being "seized", but in fact, the items were only stored, IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW (ARS 13-3102.A.10), and returned to their owners. In other words, the author/editors wanted a sensational headline - even though the premise was patently false and misleading. Yeah, let’s nit-pik. There’s a world of difference between the headline “confiscated”, items being “seized”, but in fact, the items were only stored, IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW (ARS 13-3102.A.10), and returned to their owners.

Is that really how the Capitol Police phrased it? If you are old enough you can openly carry a gun almost everywhere, and with the right permit you can carry the weapon concealed.
