		<description>Yeah, let&#039;s nit-pik. There&#039;s a world of difference between the headline &quot;confiscated&quot;, items being &quot;seized&quot;,  but in fact, the items were only stored, IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW (ARS 13-3102.A.10), and returned to their owners.

In other words, the author/editors wanted a sensational headline - even though the premise was patently false and misleading.</description>

		<description>Salvador, there is no such thing as a &quot;licensed gun holder&quot; in Arizona.  Is that really how the Capitol Police phrased it?  If you are old enough you can openly carry a gun almost everywhere, and with the right permit you can carry the weapon concealed.</description>
