When Payday Loan companies are thrown out.... the bad check laws must also be thrown out.

A family with children and an empty refrigerator .... desperate people will do desperate things .... and I don't buy any of that BS about "choices".... these are hard times for a lot of people .... of course 75% of Arizonans don't feel a pinch! But a lot of people are hurting ....

If the store takes a check, and it's not honored, then why should the taxpayers bear the costr of the prosecution. If the merchant doesn't perform due diligence, it deserves to be out of business also.

Taxpayers are sick and tired of laws that are made to protect local businesses.

We don't share in their profit; why should the taxpayers bear the cost of their eagerness to sell without due diligence!

Screw the Chamber of Commerce and their 4th of July Americanism.... they protect the crooks thjat prowl the community.

Real Americans protect the Constitution ; they don't exploit Free Enterprise.... Corrupt American business is killing American Free Enterprise.
