The lobby people have bought off your leaders. These people help no one. Get 500 dollars and pay 110.00 a month to keep it for 4 more weeks. What a deal.
How can anyone in their right mind ever get into this trap. The owners should be in prison!

I am a register voter and help my community to keep voting for the Best President, Senator, Mayors and local Judges to keep a fair and equal liberties for all people. I am the number one ballot collector here in the City of Somerton and did everything by foot. Helped Amanda Aguirre, Raul Grijalva for them to help our people. I strongly disagree if this Bill Passes within our community in Yuma, Somerton and San Luis will drastically change and you will see many people without jobs and frustration unable to pay the loans due to a drastic change. Many families will loose their homes, out of jobs, vehicles impounded. I hope who ever is in Congress could reconsider this bill to pass.

Payday loans must leave Arizona. Today no members of the Military may get a payday loan. These loans cause a hardship for people deployed into war zones when they find that their family members have taken out a payday loan and did not repay it.

How many times do the voters have to say "no" to Payday loan companies?? Why do legislators continue to try to revive the industry? Saving jobs? B.S. Payday loan companies have ruined many lives with their usurious lending practices.

How can I find out who is on this committee? I'd like to send a few emails!!

Thanks!

Arizonans for Responsible Lending is a statewide coalition of more than 200 community groups, business groups, faith communities and concerned citizens of all political parties. Our membership includes both individuals and groups in every legislative district in the state.

We will fight any bill that would allow the payday lenders to continue to evade the state's usury cap of 36% interest.

Simply put, the voters have spoken: The Sun Must SET on 400%.

The Payday Loan issue has far greater importance than the monochromistic legislature understands. If Payday Loan companies become extinct, who can desperate people turn to?
