Hayworth to speak outside Tucson on Tuesday

U.S. Senate candidate J.D. Hayworth will speak outside Tucson on Tuesday.

Hayworth is scheduled to give a speech to the Sun City Vistoso Republican Club in Oro Valley at 3:30 p.m.

Hayworth is a former conservative talk-radio host and former congressman from Scottsdale. He is hoping to defeat four-term Sen. John McCain in the GOP primary Aug. 24.
