The sales tax is defensible, but is the syntax?

Following last night’s televised debate of Republican candidates for governor, most observers who spoke with YS said they thought Brewer emerged relatively unscathed, despite seeming to struggle at times with the English language. Most memorable: Brewer said “we have did” at least three times, criticized “organized organizations” for spreading misinformation about S1070 and spoke about “unlegal” residents of Arizona.
