Because they could inforce 1st Drug Testing in Social Security disability, Social Security, Un-employment checks, Welfare checks, and Schools, these are the only places that Drug Testing is NOT implemented. 2nd, FINE and send to PRISON anyone harboring a FUGITIVE or giving these people JOBS. The government appears to want our wages undermined by illegals. It appears the government wants our children to DIE from drug over doses.
