Let me see if I understand this correctly: The Federal government refused to enforce federal law and punish the lawbreakers for illegal immigration but they want to sue one of the 50 states for enforcing their own law, which mimics the federal law that the federal government refuses to uphold? And Obama and Pelosi want to waster taxpayer dollars pursuing this? That does it . . . the lunatics really are running the asylum. We really do need to clean house in November folks . . . I mean REALLY clean house! The current administration and Congress want to waste time with this rather than work to promote and pass legislation that will (1) make it worthwhile for companies to create more jobs for legal U.S. citizens, (2) make it worthwhile for companies to keep existing jobs for U.S. citizens here in the U.S., and (3) make it worthwhile for companies to bring jobs that have been offshored back for U.S. citizens. These people need to go. The real unemployment rate (not just those still collecting unemployment benefits) is 21.7%. 40.2% of U.S. citizens are collecting food stamps and the Whitehouse says 43.3 U.S. citizens will be collecting food stamps by sometime in 2011. 94,000 families lost their homes in May of 2010 and another 323,000 foreclosure notices were sent out in May of 2010 and this is the best thing these idiots can find to spend their time on. What about the taxpayer Mr. President? What about the Unemployed citizen Mr. President? What about the damage to Senior Citizens from your artificially depressed interest rates Mr. President. What about the increase in taxes that will hit right after your first term ends (those taxes resulting from your insane spending sprees) Mr. President? What about the executive order you signed creating the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform with a mission to propose recommendations to balance the budget EXCLUDING interest payments, by 2015? The significance of this executive order is that you are effectively admitting that it will be impossible to achieve a real balanced budget again. Why do you want to redefine a balanced budget as to not include interest payments, when interest payments will soon rise from a miniscule percent¬age of the budget outlays to the largest part of it, Mr. President? Who do you think you are kidding Mr. President? It is obviously more important to buy votes with this maneuver than it is to help the country you asked for and received responsibility for. We need help Mr. President – stop wasting time with this obvious smokescreen and do the job you wanted so badly. Either lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way!
