Whoa, now that's different, no wait......They always carry guns and handcuffs, Right? If Salgado refuses to enforce the law he should be fired. Are there any other laws that he doesn't support? Any police officer of this caliber should be dismissed. If he doesn't have the stomach for law enforcement he should consider a career change before he get's someone killed.
