New Maricopa County judge to be sworn in Friday

A new Maricopa County Superior Court judge will be sworn in Friday.

Superior Court Judge Thomas LeClaire was appointed to the bench in late April by Gov. Jan Brewer.

LeClaire has been practicing law since 1981, worked in the U.S. Justice Department as an adviser on American Indian affairs and served as an assistant district attorney in New York City.
