Here&#039;s the rub: 2009 land sales were near zero and falling.  By next year commercial and industrial land sales will slip again more further chilling any market for state land sales.

But Konopnicki wanted to &quot;... allow the department to expand staff&quot; even if it meant violating the state constitution.  

Is it any wonder he lost the Primary in such a grand fashion after outspending his opponent by over 2:1!  Stick a fork in him, the big government RINO is cooked.</description>
