Seriously if illegal immigrants are using state social services like food stamps and medicaid, then why not investigate and shake down DES for not properly verifying a person's citizenship status? I am white and they shook me down for almost everything, but my underwear label. I seriously don't believe they scrutinize everyone this way. My ex-boyfriend skated through with nary evidence of what I had to submit.
