Comments on: Police report tells more violent story in Bundgaard’s highway incident

This is a sad affair for everyone involved, including the public. Incidents like these always point to one sad fact in our modern world and that is that too few people live lives that conform to God’s Law.

I can’t judge or condemn either party. I just pray that both parties involved will take their problems to the Lord and resolve them in accordance with His Word.

While the stories are conflicting, conduct like that reported in this incident (even if we take any version of this event as true) raise issues of whether anyone involved was conducting himself as a person of faith. The bottom line is that no one involved in this incident comes out looking very good.

We should start thinking about electing politicians whose lives are grounded in a firm faith in God and who are obedient to Him.

If she had been drunk the police report would have stated that. No one accused her of being drunk. We may never know the truth but Bungaard’s story has too many inconsistancies. I tend to believe the young lady.

According to the police report, Bundgaard said he tried to physically put Ballard back into the car after he stopped to retrieve the items that were strewn on the freeway.

In a statement released Feb. 27, Bundgaard said he was trying to prevent Ballard from leaving in his car when he yanked her out of the driver’s seat onto the ground.

I tend to believe Senator Bundgaard. This sounds typical of a woman who has possibly drank too much and is also in a jealous mode. Of course, most people will hear her tears and say “oh, poor dear”. Well, I’m just as tired of these women who go off the deep end and blame the man and oft times causes him a tremendous amount of stress regarding his job, position, etc.

I personally believe she is lying, the fact that she threw his clothes out the car window, gave HIM A BLACK eye speaks volumes about her at the time of the incident.
