Humble seeking medical marijuana clarity from feds (access required)

The Arizona Department of Health Services is looking for a little more clarification from the federal government following a warning that the state’s medical marijuana program is not a shield from federal law, but Director Will Humble said the state has no plans to halt the implementation of the program.
