Potential conflicts of interest lead to Horne’s removal as ethnic studies attorney (access required)

Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction John Huppenthal has replaced Attorney General Tom Horne with private attorneys to defend him in an ethnic studies lawsuit filed by 11 Tucson Unified School District teachers.
