It consists of what happens when liberal/socialist, agitators come into a district and promote propaganda that is against the rule of law and directly affects public safety. Randy Parraz has a background that includes union organizing and leadership and he tries to advance socialist partisan ideologies that advance his leftist platform. This is just sample of what folks like Mr. Parraz have in mind for our country. If anyone believes that socialist ideologies work take a trip to Britain or Greece.
