School funding has everything to do with the education a child receives. If you limit any funding for schools, it will impact the child's learning. We are not there to punish schools, we are there to educate the students. Our role is to make it easier for schools to accomplish their mission, not hinder it. Will this legislative solve or hinder the education of the student? The key to this legislation is what problem are they trying to solve?
