Arizona marks 100th birthday with celebrations

Happy 100th birthday, Arizona.
Tuesday is the state’s centennial, and Gov. Jan Brewer and other dignitaries will participate in celebrations at the Capitol in Phoenix.
Those events include a ceremony to issue an Arizona statehood postage stamp and a performance by violinist Itzhak Perlman in the Arizona Senate chambers.
