the article clearly states he does not but makes certain to point that several other candidates also do not – so that answers that question. I actually fully believe that it was at the request of his fellow town council members; if you actually knew Vernon (either of you) you would know that he is a genuinely good guy and is also very likable and charismatic. While I tend to personally have more Democratic tendencies, I would faith full faith in both his capabilities and intentions if he does win the race as he has been in politics for years including at the federal executive level. Quit being negative and always assuming the worst in people’s actions!

Of course he is. One thing I never understood about Parker, is this: he seems to be a cookie cutter politician. Example, when he attempted to run for governor, he was in the race for about a week, then once he realized he had no chance, he pulled out and ran for congress. The question begs to be asked, what is Vernon Parkers real agenda? Does he even live in the district?

You’ve got to be kidding me. He ran for town council EIGHT DAYS ago because he was so loved by the other career politicians? What a joke and a ******** of the voters of Paradise Valley. The people of the 9th district don’t need a carpetbagger looking for his next political office.
