This is the most dangerous bill dealing with immigration yet. It gives legal status to a bunch of untrained and armed police wannabes to patrol the desert in uncontrolled circumstances and that is a formula for disaster. It is not \orderly\ nor \sensible\. It is wrongheaded, dangerous and does nothing to add to the safety of our borders.

Working with the Federal Government, rather than creating tensions, would generate multiple solutions to the issue of immigration. Spend funds on solving the backlog of 10,000 reported cases of crimes against children should be a priority to solving our own state problems. Re-prioritize the priorities here!

Many citizens who are fed up with the illegal situation that has been ongoing
in our state for numerous years, are for this bill.
Something must be done now.
This state and nation can no longer afford to just sit and speculate
on what could be done to stop illegals from entering.
This bill SB1083 addresses the problem of illegal immigration in
an orderly, sensible, way.
Please, let’s pass this bill and try to do something effective to
preserve our public safety.
