Rachel Alexander should have been disbarred. She needs to pay for her own legal fees just like anyone else they went after in their witch-hunts. Who’s investigating this?

Hold on, wait a minute. Let me get this straight, Deputy Attorney’s who work for the county fighting crime and this is how they’re rewarded? Sounds like the political motivation theory is someone else’s personal agenda. Who fired who? So the ones bringing all this to the court system has her fired because she did her job? Yea, sounds like the ones needing to be replaced are the ones wasting money on this. This is what I fought for 20 years of military service to see a bunch of pouters. I rewarded guys that worked for me even if they did make mistakes now and then. What was it about putting the bad guy away to cause a personal vendetta against a member of your own team? You guys are loony. Stop wasting tax payers money.

Why would the courts spend so much money on a key witness? If she put someone who broke the law behind bars or put them into forced departure then so be it. Sounds like the one she got fired looking for revenge. Among other things maybe your people should grow up, get over it, learn from it and move on. No wonder taxes are outrages. Firing her will probably bring you someone worse in your offices. You’ll spend more money trying to replace the experience you just got rid of. Learn to cope with each other rather than bicker like children.

Ms. Alexander should have been disbarred along with her joined-at-the -hip boss. They didn’t cover the damage she did to defendants with her internet blogging and making comments in clients’ blogs using aliases. Damage that is there for ALL posterity — like porn. An investigation is needed in this. If she files the appeal this information needs to be brought forward.
