It would be more honest to say Arizona does not have a Clemency Board rather than put "puppets" (political) on a board with a certain agenda which is quite apparent to all. This does not bode well for the innocent people of Arizona or the taxpayers who continue to foot the bill for a broken criminal justice system. Don't want people knowing too much, do we? This selection renders the Clemency Board ineffective.
