If three "newbies" weren't selected to replace experienced, dedicated people, this would never have happened. Arizona's people, families and the state are suffering with the political games being played in the Governor's office.... while Rome burns she's busy attacking President Obama. Mr. Belcher cannot be replaced by inexperienced politicos who know nothing about this very serious position. The Clemency Board just became ineffective and should be shut down and save taxpayers $$'s. It appears like Mr. Belcher was set up.
