I have studied Agenda 21 for over 7 years. I have watched as the evil wrapped in a blanket of environmentalism has crept into the lives of everyday Americans. Agenda 21 is about “change”. Change how you think, change what you eat, change how you view garbage, change what you drive, change what your children are taught in school and with all that change comes control. Control access to land, control what you can do with your land, control what kind of light bulb you can purchase and use, control access to health care, control your thermostat, control of your life,.
Until recently Agenda 21 was stealthy even though it has been around for 20 years. The only news article to ever acknowledge its existence in the USA was in 2001 of FOX News and then silence. Why are you just now learning of this issue? It’s because if the American people had learned early on that United Nations’ policy was being implemented within the sovereign borders of the US they would not have allowed it to even start.
A quote from that 2001 Fox article: “Agenda 21 and its supporters around the country and world see as Agenda 21′s subtext that the United States has a history of environmental irresponsibility and needs to pay for that. Arguing that Americans have forfeited the rights to manage their own resources because they embraced urban sprawl, gas guzzling cars and unchecked consumption of resources, the U.N. says someone has to take over.”
Maurice Strong, architect of Agenda 21 told the opening session of the Rio Conference (Earth Summit II) in 1992, that industrialized countries have: …”developed and benefited from the unsustainable patterns of production and consumption which have produced our present dilemma. It is clear that current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class — involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts of frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work-place air-conditioning, and suburban housing — are not sustainable. A shift is necessary toward lifestyles less geared to environmentally damaging consumption patterns.”

He further stated: “The concept of national sovereignty has been an immutable, indeed sacred, principle of international relations. It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the new imperatives of global environmental cooperation. What is needed is recognition of the reality that in so many fields, and this is particularly true of environmental issues, it is simply not feasible for sovereignty to be exercised unilaterally by individual nation-states, however powerful. The global community must be assured of environmental security.”

Successful implementation of Agenda 21 will lead to world governance and the end of the USA.

Allowing any outside influence to set law for the United States is ridiculous to even consider. Some of the words will stir utopian waves thru some non-thinkers but the mere idea of outside forces setting policy for our country will be the end as we know it.

While it is true that there are globalists and people with control freak agendas who use the environment issue to get more control, it is also true that there are globalists and control freaks who this bill will help.

The people behind this bill are banking on the stupidity of the Arizona people to blindly accept the paranoid notions, without realizing that the same type of global agenda control freak, anti-competition people who control oil, natural gas, and nukes. All of which are far more deadly, toxic and detrimental to human life than then new, cleaner, less toxic energy resources that Arizona could benefit from IMMENSELY.

Furthermore, this bill is anti-free-enterprise, because it puts new technologies at a disadvantage, therefore stifling new jobs and opportunities, and restricting competition by those new technologies.

I think it will be very easy for a libertarian, business- minded, intelligent lawyer to make the case to the Supreme Court that this bill is unconstitutional and rooted in coercion, and that it is a government intrusion into the lives of individuals who want choices in the markets, and not be forced to use products and services that they don’t want.

Now, if the people of Arizona really care about business, jobs and fair practice, they would pass a bill that gives the people of the State the right to free-competition in the energy markets, and they would demand that the people they do business with, regardless of the technology, do not take subsidies which force people to pay for services and products that they do not use.

But that won’t happen, because this bill is not about honest business, it is about political business, and that’s just sick, because it is making us sick, both figuratively and literally.
