What Mr. Doubek fails to acknowledge is that the vast majority of individuals who receive red light camera tickets would swear on their mothers' graves that they had entered the intersection before the light changed, because they had crossed the stop line or the cross-walk lines. Heaven forbid that Arizona should do the common sense thing and make these citations fair and just.
