The Arizona Legislature has been in control of the legislature and the Arizona Government since 1964 and to say that the ultra-minority Democratic party in legislature is responsible for the fiscal mess of the state is a lie plain and simple. Rep. Tobin and the GOP have been responsible for the decline of Arizona revenues and the cuts to vital state services. Not the Democratic Party and to scape us is wrong and irresponsible.
