Though Flake is totally unacceptable, Will Cardon is not a viable replacement. in my mind. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute, his political intentions are very suspect.
Among it’s aims, are many, seemingly, laudable ideas. But there is one that makes me extremely uncomfortable. And that’s the idea that all of a city’s land should belong to the city. Those using it, would own the structures on it (houses, businesses, etc.), but the city would own the land. This would effectively eliminate the problem of “Eminent Domain” action, for the city, Neatly overcoming the Constitutional safeguard, intended to protect private property.
Before I can support Will, I’ll have to talk with him about this.

I got a word for Flakey,, Creepy. A registered foreign agent we sure did not know and he was my Congressman. But we will spread the word.

Gosh, he sure does not mention the lobbying work in his bio.

He seems to be”against” a lot of things but I am not sure what he is for.

He does not hold town halls so I as a voter in his Congressional District never see him. He does not do open houses as well.
