Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer is leading a state delegation that will travel to Germany and France for a trade promotion trip that runs into early June.

Brewer’s office says the delegation leaving Tuesday also includes leaders of the Arizona Commerce Authority and Arizona Office of Tourism.

Scheduled stops include a Berlin conference that is partly organized by Glendale-based Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Another stop takes the delegation to Munich for a trade, investment and tourism seminar for German companies that Brewer’s office says have expressed an interest in relocating or expanding in the Southwest.

The delegation then travels to Paris for meetings with French companies considering expansion of their presences in Arizona.

Brewer’s office says the delegation returns to Arizona on June 4.

I hear of other states refusing to give welfare and healthcare, without drug testing, do we have anything like that here in Arizona.

So basically, she wants to vacation in Europe this summer, and she wants the people of Arizona to pay for it.
