Despite this I’d like to point out the article makes a number of misleading as will as largely incorrect statements. In particular the central issue for Obama’s eligibility to serve as POTUS is not whether or not he was born in Kenya (which he might have been, although this is not especially likely) but to do with his citizenship *at birth*, i.e. whether or not he can genuinely be considered “Natural Born” (a term many people confuse with the very similar sounding but completely different term “Naturalized”).

Although it makes a great many people uncomfortable to even think about it (let alone allow other people to think about it) Obama is almost certainly NOT a “natural Born Citizen” because he was most probably either not an American citizen at birth (if his father was Kenyan, and therefore a British citizen at the time) or else of Dual Nationality (combining the different nationalities of his biological parents, whoever they were).

It’s also untrue to say that “Courts also have rebuffed lawsuits over the issue”. It would be more accurate to say the vast majority have all been too cowardly to even allow the issue to be fairly considered and have instead prevented it from being heard by using all kinds of often totally illogical and technically invalid excuses and procedural tactics.

If there was nothing to worry about and nothing to hide then why would such a colossal effort have already been put into either concealing (or destroying) all evidence and suppressing any opportunity to have any aspect of this (or any related) topic properly reviewed and addressed?

There is a huge ongoing fraud being perpetrated on the American people (the issues surrounding Obama’s identity and right to even stand for office are but the tip of the iceberg). Generation to come will be utterly astounded that it has succeeded to this amazing extend!
