This once again, proves a Governor should NOT have anything to do with the Death Penalty. Like Gov. Rick Perry, who in the face of new evidence, politically chose to execute the innocent. Time to end "murder by the state" and man playing God with lives. This execution should be delayed until after the election. The death penalty should NOT be politicized and it has been. Time to end this uncivilized practice.
