Analyzed to death

After a three-hour hearing that stretched into the early evening, the Republican-led Legislative Council yesterday approved an analysis for each of the 11 ballot measures that are expected to be voted on by the public in November. Most of the proposed analyses received bipartisan support, but two ballot language descriptions were particularly contentious.
