Mr. Biltis, you’re “Scared of the government?” Then why did you move to Arizona? Government is the #1 employer. Arizona officials and legislature favors incarceration over education. The checks and the balances in Arizona’s justice system are tipped one way — towards those with the power, money and resources. Work on changing this!
