Short answer: HE ISN’T. There’s not a shred of evidence that he spent even one cent hiding anything. Sure, he has not shown his college records, but then no president or presidential candidate has (and Romney certainly hasn’t). But the fact that he has not released the records does not mean that he is spending money on hiding them, and in fact since there was never a lawsuit just for the transcripts or just for documents, he did not spend anything.

Re Arizona. You may remember about a month or two ago the CONSERVATIVE Secretary of State of Arizona demanded confirmation from Hawaii that Obama was born in Hawaii, and he received that confirmation, and he accepted it as evidence, and ruled that Obama can be on the ballot.

I’m not surprised. Obama’s book even cited he was born overseas though I think he likely was born in Hawaii. What this is more about is why is Obama paying lawyers millions to surpress his records from college? Fraud on his entrance applications showing foreign status to gain special entitlements? I think so. I’d like to know. Arapaio is right to pursue this when things seem out of whack. And it is typical that those who want to refute him instead attack his person… when someone attacks the messenger instead of discussing the subject, they lose. They must present facts to refute him or risk making his case even stronger which it likely is… Arapaio is doing what he needs to do and is in a fight against the federalization of the country… It’s Arizona versus the Feds…that much is extremely clear.

So they find the person who signed the official birth certificate and Arpaio says it is faked because of some miscellaneous codes that a 95 year old person may or may not have made 50-60 years ago? This guy reallly needs to worry more about crime in his county that are being ignored, and wasting more of AZ’s money than this junk. Also he spends all the time and money and says now someone else needs to deal with it? I agree, put the Sec of State under the fire now. either he needs to confirm the citizenship or not. If he does, then shut up, case over.

Someone in the press should ask the Secretary of State of Arizona (Bennett) what he believes. Does he believe Sheriff Joe? Or does he believe the certification of Obama’s place of birth sent to him by the state of Hawaii?

Bennett is in an interesting bind. He is a conservative and wants the votes of birthers. But he has also accepted Hawaii’s certification that the birth certificate is accurate.

Is he rational and believes Hawaii? Or does he want to pander to the birthers and so will he now state that he made a mistake in accepting Hawaii’s certification and that he believes Sheriff Joe.

I’ll bet he decides to be rational, thereby throwing Sheriff Joe under a bus. Andl, if the conservative secretary of state of Arizona does not believe the Sheriff, who will?
