And since when does a cop get to treat someone the way Escamilla was treated for refusing a warrantless search of her vehicle? Apparently, the Sheriff doesn't train deputies in the concept of \probable cause.\ I certainly hope the Judge is not SNOWED by the laughable defense being paid for by our tax dollars to support the Sheriff's inexcusable, unconscionable and illegal/unconstitutional policies.
