"11,585 children who are wards of the state of Arizona right now..". This is a lot of unwanted children, born to people who should've been able to have access to contraceptives. So Arizona legislators and Governor take the $50,000,000 you are trying to grab for "new" prisons and put them into raising and educating these children. Dumping them on the streets once they turn 18 is unconscionable. Where are the resources for these unwanted children? Shocking! “11,585 children who are wards of the state of Arizona right now..”.
