		<description>Missing from the “C”‘s is Corrections -- who control the state&#039;s economy -- Arizona favors incarceration over education and has increased the Corrections budget contributing to the mass incarceration of Arizona’s people. Time to add this shameful “C” to the list, as Arizona is known as “Prison” state, replacing Copper state. Turning human beings into commodities for $$&#039;s is shameful and immoral.
