If you read the article thoughtfully, you would have understood that in Yuma's employment rate is much better during the winter seasons because the agricultural is its high demand and people (snowbirds) goes to the city and live there during this season. During the summer, most crops have the tendency of not growing, therefore there is no income nor employment coming from agricultural.
