If this problem has been constantly brought up in the Legislature before but wasn't amply addressed, then there must be something wrong in the system. Education should not be overlooked since it is one of the major needs of the people. I understand that there are a lot of problems that the state may be facing but isn't there a proper budget allocation for education every year? This is truly a great dilemma that Arizonans are facing.
