Team ACA Executive Director Don Cardon said the organization’s decision to pay for Brewer and Eileen Klein’s seat upgrades during the trade delegation to France and Germany was as much about business as it was about comfort.

  1. The trade delegation was a waste of taxpayer $$’s, much less the need for upgrades on the taxpayers dime. Cardon, is a poor decision maker as well. Easy to help yourselves to taxpayers scarce $$’s. These are the “free-loaders” in our midst.
