Mitchell case – the political route

If Jones’ attorney is rebuffed by the courts over the challenge to Mitchell’s residency, the firebrand lawyer plans to shift gears and take the political route. Tom Ryan said he’ll take his case to the House Credentialing Committee, a panel invested with the authority to vet incoming lawmakers’ qualifications and recommend whether they should be seated.
