There are innocent families and children who have suffered the consequences of injustice in Arizona that many are aware of. She will now have the 200,000 felony cases (in ONE term in office) by disbarred former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas and his disbarred former DCA charging prosecutor, Lisa Aubuchon and the sanctioned former DCA Rachel Alexander. This represent the "ordinary" people whose voices were never heard while the powerful judges, officials and lawyers had their day in court on the false charges against them. This injustice can no longer be ignored in the courts. They were "rubber-stamped" through the broken legal, criminal and justice systems, now is the time to "right the wrongs". Hope Judge Timmer will have the temerity to pay attention to acknowledge this and take the time necessary to restore justice in Arizona. She has inherited a mess.
