		<description>Actually, this is still going on. And they are replacing two servers. And do not know when their service will be restored. 800 numbers and local numbers are out. Unemployment Federal Tier applications/filings are not able to be processed. They can&#039;t even put a notice on their home page to let people know what&#039;s going on, and not to panic. Nor can they tell them when personnel will catch up with claims. 

Please note that the Federal Tier claims are faxed in, scanned, and must be followed by a call from the claimant to DES if they are to be processed. Archaic to say the least. And the phones are dead, as are the computers.

Considering how many people this effects, I&#039;m surprised you can&#039;t report on it more extensively.</description>
