WASHINGTON — Sen. John McCain says he is taking on the Obama administration for not preventing the deadly Sept. 11 attack in Libya.
McCain said on NBC’s “Today,” quote, “I take on things … when I believe they’re wrong. Four Americans died that didn’t have to die.”
The Republican senator says he will block the nomination of U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice if she’s tapped to replace Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.
McCain is angry about Rice’s comments days after the attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, which killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.
Rice attributed the attack to outrage in the Arab world over an anti-Muslim video, not to terrorism.
McCain said Thursday there was overwhelming evidence of the danger of an attack in Benghazi.

What about all the people who died in 9/11/01? Didn’t Bush have several opportunities to investigate, which he ignored before the attack. How many died there Mr. McCain?

Senator McCain, What about the thousands who have died in a war that never should have been with false information given about Iraq? This is the fall-out after over 11 years of war, not even mentioned during the RNC convention!
Don’t hang your hat on 4 deaths when thousands have died, many needlessly to satisfy the egos of those in high positions of power.

Many Americans and innocent civilians also did NOT have to die in an Iraq war that started with false information. Investigate that. 11 years of war is unsustainable. Time for the war-power brokers to stop saber-rattling and more conflict.
