		<description>Yes ditch AHCCCS, and join medicaid, thus ending the need to beg for waivers, which has cost AZ dollars, and medicaid should have lower income standards and used to not treat non citizens, unlike AHCCCS, which provides services to all residents.  As a plan for an alternative to medicaid, AHCCCS has been a big bust, no other state has gone this route.

As for a smaller majority, it will generate more discipline, not a breakdown in the caucus, and forget ideas such as crossing over to the minority, it will never happen except if leadership of the majority votes with the Ds like in 1990.</description>
