Our schools need to be innocent places for our children. The mentally ill who are inspired by the violence they see 24/7 and images coming at them is what needs to be dealt with. The police officer, teacher or administrator can't be at every door and place someone might enter with a gun. This is no solution. Time to end assault rifles and large magazines in our midst. Who would have thought a troubled person would have access to these kind of weapons. Get at the core of the problem. Stop “growing” the police state!
