On behalf of eLatinaVoices.org we commend this first step taken to protect the children in Arizona. There is much more that this legislature needs to do to make sure that Arizona is safe, law enforcement investigates all child sex crimes reported and that perpetrators are brought to justice and taken off our streets. Throwing money at the issue is not enough, a comprehensive approach to protecting children must be taken at the state, county and city levels.
