		<description>It&#039;s like an addiction with Republicans like Tobin.  They can&#039;t help themselves.  
The state could have zero revenue and they would still be pushing these bills.  Plus, they are getting contributions from corporations that expect representatives like Tobin to keep pushing these bills.  I don&#039;t even have to look at their contribution list to know a constituent or contributor would benefit from this legislation.  Unfortunately, it will continue to hurt state education, health care and safety providers by continuing to &quot;give away&quot; needed revenue and insure the state is more dependent on sales taxes.</description>
