A wonderful idea. It is so good to see constructive ideas come out of the legislature. It will be even better if online voting is used to eliminate most of the restrictions on the access of candidates and parties to the ballot. After all, there is no limit on space online. There will be naysayers who complain that it is unfair to minorities or the poor because they might lack access to the internet. But since very computer and phone connected to the internet will be an effective polling place, there should be no problem providing voting places for everybody regardless of their economic ststus or physical condition.
